The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being just a short walk from the main train station in the city. With various food options, bars, malls, and a bus stop nearby, guests have easy access to all the necessary amenities.
One downside is the limited access to Wi-Fi, with guests only allowed 10 minutes of usage for 2 times per day. registering and confirming for Wi-Fi requires an email address, which can be problematic if guests don't have internet access initially.

Great staff, always friendly and smiling. The breakfast on the higher floor with a lovely view and interesting options. Perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the train/bus station and close to restaurants and tourist information.
Rooms can be small and cramped, especially the twin rooms near the elevator. Limited English speaking staff, which can make communication difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, dressed in cheerful Hawaiian shirts, were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast service was excellent, with a warm welcome from the staff. We enjoyed the option of a higher floor breakfast with a lovely view, as well as the interesting Western choices like onion soup. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the train/bus station. This made it convenient for exploring the Aso area, as well as finding great restaurants and accessing tourist information. We also appreciated that English-speaking bus passes were sold at the station for easy transportation to attractions like monkeys and hells.
Nothing, all good.

Convenient location near many attractions and restaurants. The rooms were decently clean and the staff was friendly.
The hotel lacked character and the rooms were very small. The ventilation in the indoor smoking areas was poor and the smell was unpleasant.
